From 2025, we will no longer send out our patient booklets on ACC to hospital clinics. This is due to the increasing costs of doing so. Our hard-copy patient booklets are now sent directly only to those patients or care-givers who register as ACC Support UK members.
Instead, we have developed an A5 QR code pad for use in clinics. Order one and all you need to do is hand a patient/care-giver one sheet of paper which they can explore at home at leisure.
In addition to the QR Code Pad, we will send you an ACC Support Poster, along with a handful of ACC Support UK clinic leaflets.
All these resources will be sent to you free of charge.
